COVID-19 Office Updates

COVID OFFICE SAFETY, SCREENING, AND DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE.

Our offices are currently operating under COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS.  Please do not book an appointment or come to our clinics if you have answered "YES" to any of the following questions:

1. Have you been outside of the country within the past 2 weeks?

2. Are you sick and/or do you have a cough, fever, body aches, gastrointestinal issues, fatigue, lost the sense of smell or taste and/or any other cold or flu symptoms?

3. Have you been in close contact with anyone who is sick in any way or who has COVID-19?

4. Do you have pink eye or do you think you have an eye infection?  If so, please speak with your family physician and or call TELEHEALTH ONTARIO (Tel. 1 866 797 0000) to get further guidance.  Pink eye (conjunctivitis) can be a positive screening result for COVID-19.

When coming into our clinics, you must wear a clean, 3-layer mask or equivalent at all times covering your nose and mouth.  Exceptions will be made for medical reasons.
Even though we are adhering to COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS and have STRONG DISINFECTING and PROTECTIVE MEASURES in place, upon arrival at our clinic, you will be required to sign a waiver form indicating that you are entering the clinic at your own risk and we will not be responsible if you directly or indirectly contract COVID-19.
